The gap between Generation Y and Boomers is widening as Gen Y comes of age. Much has been written about what Gen Y really wants, including their ideals in the workplace. Likewise, Gen Y is providing leadership and demanding change in the luxury industry. While their parents have become accustomed to outstanding service and impeccable quality, Generation Y is socially minded and impact-oriented. Yes, all luxury should have a certain base level of quality. The question is, how important is social impact in driving purchasing decisions, even in luxury?
Sparxoo’s dynamic duo, Creo the Creative and Ana the Analyst, share their perspective. Creo believes the social mission will be king as a new generation of wealth emerges while Ana argues that purveyors of luxury should continue to focus on quality. We are in a transitional age where the balance between the gold standard of quality is countered by the demand of a younger generation to participate in meaningful community building. On Wednesday, news broke of Google finally receiving a patent for their “graphical user interface.†The patent, five years in the making, puzzled just about everyone; how could something so simple require a patent? A day earlier, stories swirled of a popular Apple app developer who had his application rejected by the company because a feature in his product was too similar to their ubiquitous “chat bubbles,†which Apple claimed they have trademarked. The common thread between the stories is the topic of intellectual property rights, which has become increasingly popular in wake of the rise of social media.
With the help of Twitter, FriendFeed, Facebook and more, information can spread across the world in a matter of minutes. We can access these programs from our phones, computers and iPods and know what’s going on before it even reaches the mainstream media. With all of these different methods, it’s easy for the true source to be lost in the shuffle. People can claim ownership of something, and the owner may never find out. The opportunity for someone to start a blog and essentially aggregate content from just about anywhere has troubled the news industry especially. An entrepreneur is not just someone that has turned a new idea into a business. An entrepreneur can also refer to a franchisee, “an individual who purchases the rights to use a company’s trademarked name and business model to do business†(http://franchises.about.com/od/franchiseglossary/g/franchisee.htm). Although a franchise may require quite a bit more capital than starting a business from scratch, the rate of return is generally higher and occurs much quicker. The Goal
The purpose of a business plan is to articulate business goals and your strategy. If you are seeking funding, the goal is to impress your prospective investors.
Spin: Be Realistic
The business proposition should be aspirational but real. If your business goals are obviously too lofty and impossible, investors will be turned off and most likely not want to invest.
If you wanted to create a space liner that traveled between Earth and Mars, an investor will most likely balk at your idea. However, you can strike a middle ground.
Going with the space analogy, in 1961, President John F. Kennedy stated the mission of the U.S.: “to put a man on the moon and return him safely by the end of the decade.†Kennedy’s goal was between impossible and possible. Had he made the statement 20 years prior, he would probably have been laughed at. So, maybe the trips to Mars might not be a viable idea now, but maybe 20 years down the road, it just might be.

If you want to own a successful home business that generates a generous residual and passive income, first you must build it. The essential tools you will require for this is a personal computer, wireless phone or a land line, a high speed internet connection (DSL or Cable Modem), a few dollars (not allot) that you are willing to invest in small supplements until your business pays for itself, the willingness to work hard that few extra hours a week, a sustainable positive attitude, the patience to see your mission through until it is complete and a good network marketing home business opportunity. Once your business is able to profit you a livable wage, increase the hours you spend on it and the income streams you will be able to develop will be limitless, residual and passive. At this point it is all a matter of what degree of financial success you are willing to apply the efforts necessary to achieve. If you want to have the ability to become a millionaire from your home business you have to be able to dream that big, think that big, and back it by intense consistent actions. Do it and it will happen!
The worst thing you can do, which will certainly insure failure is to fool yourself. Failure is easy, anyone can fail. Failure is a ticket back to what you where doing before. Success means taking responsibility. The journey to it will likely be a road around your comfort zone and not through it. The truth is most people fear success far more than they fear failure. They may have trouble admitting it or even seeing it to be true, but the majority fear it. They fear the responsibilities it takes to become successful. They fear the pitfalls along the road. They fear that they won’t get return on their investment (however minimum it may be) and they fear how others will judge them during the difficult early months and first couple of years. The prior listed components are all essential. Removal of just one and you will fail. Exercise all and you are certain to succeed. An entrepreneur’s goal is to succeed. Money is a byproduct of success. Reaching the destination justifies the length of the journey, but you can not get there if you do not start the travel.

The purpose for writing such articles is to help buyers of that product decide before actually buying it. It is usually called product review or buyer guides. It requires that you have knowledge of the product. Best if you own one. Almost any product has product reviews. Products like television, DVD players and other electronic appliances, health products, etc. Product reviews are also available for movies and books. Project owners give prescribed formats to guide the writers. Another type of article writing project does not require keywords. They just give you general subjects. Examples of these are gardening, yoga, dogs, cats, housekeeping, etc. Anything you could think of.
The answer can be fairly simple and also fairly complex according to the use to which you put them and your knowledge of internet marketing. Internet article marketing is a technique used in online marketing for a specific purpose: to get traffic.
